风景区重大建设项目视觉景观环境影响评价研究——以武汉东湖风景区四季花城项目为例 被引量:4

摘要 在诸多风景名胜区重大工程项目开发建设过程中,开发活动是否会对特定区域造成影响,已成为城乡规划视觉景观环境影响评价的重要内容。从静态评价和动态评价两方面,探讨风景区重大建设项目视觉景观环境影响评价内容、方法和体系,其中静态评价包括视觉可见性、视觉敏感度和景观相融度3个维度,动态评价包括视觉可见率和游线可视范围2个维度。以武汉东湖风景区四季花城项目视觉景观环境影响评价为例,通过静态与动态两方面的视觉景观环境影响综合评价,分析得出待建项目对风景区景观及视觉所带来的影响强度,以便通过对拟建项目规划设计方案的优化来降低对风景区景观及视觉的影响。 During the development and construction process of major engineering projects in numerous scenic spots and historic sites,whether the development activities have impact on visual landscape environment or not in specific areas has become an important part of envionmental impact assessment of urban and rural planning and construction.This paper discusses the content,method and system of visual landscape impact evaluation of major construction projects in scenic areas from static evaluation and dynamic evaluation.The static evaluation includes visual visibility,visual sensitivity and landscape integration.Dynamic evaluation includes two dimensions,i.e.visual visibility and visual range.Through the comprehensive evaluation of static and dynamic parts,the paper analyzes the influence intensity of the proposed project on landscape and vision of the scenic areas,so as to reduce the impact on landscape and vision of the scenic spot through the optimization of the planning and design scheme of the proposed project.
