对比静心更年片和舒肝解郁胶囊对男性更年期综合征患者的影响

Comparison of Jingxin Gengnian Tablets and Shugan Jieyu Capsules on Male Climacteric Syndrome

目的:比较静心更年片和舒肝解郁胶囊治疗男性更年期综合征患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年12月西安市中医医院收治的男性更年期综合征患者68例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组34例,对照组予以舒肝解郁胶囊口服,观察组予以静心更年片口服。比较2组临床治疗效果、治疗前后症状评分、血清性激素、不良情绪。结果:观察组患者临床治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组患者精神心理症状、体能/血管舒缩症状、性功能症状评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分(HAMD)评分、血清总睾酮(TT)、游离睾酮(FT)、性激素结合球蛋白(SHBG)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)和促黄体生成素(LH)水平均明显优于治疗前(P<0.05),且2组比较差异有统计学意义(P>0.05);2组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:与舒肝解郁胶囊比较,静心更年片更有助于提高男性更年期综合征患者血清性激素水平,改善患者精神心理、体能心血管状态以及性功能。

Objective:To compare the clinical effects and safety of Jingxin Gengnian Tablets and Shugan Jieyu Capsules in the treatment patients with male climacteric syndrome.Methods:A total of 63 patients with male climacteric syndrome admitted to Xi′an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method with 34 cases in each group.The control group was given Shugan Jieyu Capsules orally,and the observation group was given Jingxin Gengnian Tablets orally.The clinical effects,symptom scores,serum sex hormone and bad mood of the 2 groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the psychosocial symptoms,physical/vasomotor symptoms and sexual function symptom scores,hamilton anxiety scale score(HAMA),hamilton depression scale score(HAMD),serum total testosterone(TT),free testosterone(FT),sex hormone binding globulin(SHBG),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)levels in the 2 groups were significantly better than before treatment(P<0.05),and difference between the 2 groups is statistically significant(P>0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with Shugan Jieyu Capsules,Jingxin Gengnian Tablets is more conductive to improve the level of serum sex hormone in patients with male climacteric syndrome,and to improve their mental,physical and cardiovascular status and sexual function.
