基于动态平衡的高压油管压力控制

摘要 燃油进入和喷出高压油管是许多燃油发动机工作的基础,而燃油进入和喷出的间歇性工作过程会导致高压油管内压力的变化,使所喷出的燃油量出现偏差,从而影响发动机的工作效率,这就使高压油管的压力控制显得十分重要。通过分析燃油进入和喷出的间歇性工作造成压力变化的影响因素,引入连续性方程求出了油管内压力稳定条件下单向阀的开启时长;分析了高压油泵凸轮驱动柱塞的运动规律和喷油嘴针阀的喷油过程,根据凸轮边缘曲线和针阀运动周期,求得高压油管内压力稳定条件下的凸轮角速度。 Fuel entry and ejection from the high-pressure fuel pipe is the basis for the work of many fuel engines.The intermittent working process of fuel entry and ejection can cause the pressure to change in the high-pressure fuel pipe,making deviations in the amount of fuel ejected,which will affect the working efficiency of the engine.So,it is very important to control the pressure of high-pressure fuel pipe.This paper analyzed the influencing factors of pressure changes caused by intermittent work of fuel entry and ejection.The continuity equation was introduced to determine the opening time of the check valve under the condition that the pressure in the oil pipe is stable.According to the edge curve of the cam and the cycle of the needle valve,the movement law of plunger driven by the cam of high pressure oil pump and the injection process of the injector needle valve were analyzed to obtain the cam angular velocity under the stable pressure in the high-pressure oil pipe.
