摘要
对宝钢1号、3号高炉铜冷却壁运行维护实践进行了总结,并就今后我国新建、大修高炉是否要配置铜冷却壁,以及已经配置铜冷却壁的高炉如何使用和维护提出了建议。从1号高炉第一根水管破损后,即利用高炉定修机会.制定专项方案对铜冷却壁做了一系列调查,获得了铜冷却壁磨损特点、磨损速率等重要数据,并以此为依据,对铜冷却壁采取了一系列有针对性的维护措施,取得初步效果。
The operation and maintenance practices of copper cooling staves in Baosteelzs BF No.1 and No.3 are summarized,followed by suggestions on necessity of adopting copper cooling staves in future new and revamped blast furnaces,and suggestion on the use and maintenance of the copper cooling stave in blast furnaces equipped with copper cooling staves already.After the stave water pipe of No.1 BF is found damaged for the first time,a series of investigations on the copper cooling stave are made during the scheduled maintenance of the furnace,by which some important data is obtained,such as wearing nature and wearing rate of copper cooling stave.Based on such data,some specific maintenance measures are taken on the copper cooling staves.
