摘要
目的探究脑血管病患者并发肢体运动功能障碍经康复治疗后的临床效果。方法经患者及患者家属同意后,将该院2017年1月—2018年1月期间接诊治疗的120例脑血管并发肢体运动功能障碍患者随机分成观察组和对照组,每组60例患者。对照组患者给予常规治疗,即肌肉电刺激治疗加药物治疗,观察组患者常规治疗的基础上给予康复肢体训练。治疗结束后,医护人员将两组患者的运动功能积分和ADL评分和患者进行详细记录并对。结果观察组患者治疗前运动功能积分为(27.46±9.14)分,康复训练后运动积分为(62.78±10.49)分,对照组患者治疗前运动功能积分为(26.95±8.46)分,康复训练后运动积分为(45.69±11.98)分,康复训练前,观察组患者与对照组患者运动功能积分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组患者运动功能积分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.417,P<0.05);观察组患者治疗前ADL评分为(33.49±11.67)分,康复训练后ADL评分为(66.47±15.47)分,对照组患者治疗前ADL评分为(34.14±11.46)分,康复训练后ADL评分为(46.31±13.46)分,康复训练前,观察组患者与对照组患者ADL评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组患者ADL评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.164,P<0.05)。结论康复治疗能够有效改善脑血管并发肢体运动功能障碍患者的运动神经障碍,对促进患者身体健康有积极的意义。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of limb motor dysfunction in patients with cerebrovascular disease after rehabilitation treatment.Methods With the consent of patients and their families,120 patients with cerebrovascular complications of limb motor dysfunction from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,60 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment,that is,muscle electrical stimulation treatment plus drug treatment,and patients in the observation group were given rehabilitation limb training on the basis of routine treatment.After the treatment,the medical staff recorded the motor function scores and ADL scores of the two groups of patients and the patients in detail.Results The motor function score of the observation group before treatment was(27.46±9.14)points,and the post-rehabilitation exercise score was(62.78±10.49)points.The control group patient's motor function score before treatment was(26.95±8.46)points.The score of rehabilitation training was(45.69±11.98)points.Before rehabilitation training,there was no statistically significant difference in motor function points between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the motor function points of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(t=6.417,P<0.05);the ADL score before treatment in the observatiroup was(33.49±11.67)points,and the ADL score after rehabilitation training was(66.47±15.47)points,and the ADL score in the control group was(34.14±11.46)points after rehabilitation training,the ADL score was(46.31±13.46)points.Before rehabilitation training,there was no statistically significant difference in the ADL score between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the ADL score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.164,P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation therapy can effectively improve motor neurological disorders in patients with cerebrovascular complications of limb motor dysfunction,and has positive significance for promoting patients'physical health.
