通心络联合倍他乐克治疗冠心病心绞痛临床效果及心功能分析

Clinical Effect and Cardiac Function Analysis of Tongxinluo and Betaloc in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris

目的分析通心络联合倍他乐克治疗冠心病心绞痛临床效果及心功能分析。方法选择2018年8月—2019年8月该院收治冠心病心绞痛患者100例,按随机数表分为两组,对照组50例给予倍他乐克治疗,研究组50例使用通心络联合倍他乐克治疗,对两组效果、心功能及不良反应进行比较。结果对照组临床总有效率比研究组低(χ~2=3.843,P<0.05);治疗后,研究组LVEF(48.77±7.94)%、ILVEDV(132.36±10.41)mL以及LVESV(76.24±13.12)mL等指标比对照组优,差异有统计学意义(t=5.318、6.465、5.310,P<0.05);研究组上腹不适、头晕、乏力等不良反应率6.00%低于对照组20.00%(χ~2=4.332,P<0.05)。结论冠心病心绞痛患者使用通心络联合倍他乐克治疗,能改善患者心功能,降低不良反应发生率,还能提高其临床治疗效果。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect and cardiac function of Tongxinluo and Betaloc in the treatment of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods From August 2018 to August 2019,100 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were treated in the hospital.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table.50 patients in the control group were treated with Betaloc and 50 patients in the study group were treated with Tongxinluo Betaloc treatment,to compare the effects,cardiac function,and adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the control group was lower than that of the study group(χ2=3.843,P<0.05).After treatment,the study group had LVEF(48.77±7.94)%,ILVEDV(132.36±10.41)mL,and LVESV(76.24±13.12)mL,better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.318,6.465,5.310,P<0.05);the adverse reaction rate of epigastric discomfort,dizziness,fatigue,etc.in the study group was 6.00%lower than that in the control group 20.00%(χ2=4.332,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Tongxinluo and Betaloc in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris can improve cardiac function,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve the clinical treatment effect.
