摘要
目的采用抗结核联合左氧氟沙星治疗难治性肺结核效果情况分析。方法选取2018年8月—2019年8月该院诊治70例难治性肺结核患者临床资料,随机分两组,对照组予常规抗结核,研究组予以抗结核联合左氧氟沙星,分析两组痰菌转阴、免疫相关指标与安全性情况。结果研究组治疗1个月痰菌转阴57.14%、2个月80.00%、3个月91.43%均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.690、8.811、8.102,P<0.05);研究组IL-4(70.50±13.65)ng/mL、CD8^+(20.31±2.98)%均比对照组低,研究组CD4^+(47.21±5.59)%比对照组高,比较差异有统计学意义(t=8.269、7.033、10.713,P<0.05);研究组胃肠反应等不良反应14.29%与对照组11.43%,比较差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.000,P>0.05)。结论肺结核采用抗结核联合左氧氟沙星治疗,能有效缓解患者临床症状,痰菌转阴,改善其免疫功能指标,且不会增加其不良反应,具临床安全性。
Objective To analyze the effect of antituberculosis combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of refractory tuberculosis.Methods From August 2018 to August 2019,clinical data of 70 patients with refractory pulmonary tuberculosis were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given conventional antituberculosis.The research group was given antituberculosis combined with levofloxacin.Analyzing related indexes and safety conditions of negative turning and immunity of two groups of sputum bacteria.Results In the study group,57.14%of sputum bacteria turned negative for 1 month,80.00%for 2 months,and 91.43%for 3 months were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(χ2=4.690,8.811,8.102,P<0.05);The IL-4(70.50±13.65)ng/mL and CD8+(20.31±2.98)%in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the CD4+(47.21±5.59)%in the study group were higher than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(t=8.269,7.033,10.713,P<0.05);Adverse reactions such as gastrointestinal reactions in the study group were 14.29%and 11.43%in the control group,which was not statistically significant(χ2=0.000,P>0.05).Conclusion Pulmonary tuberculosis treated with antituberculosis combined with levofloxacin can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,turn sputum negative,improve its immune function index,and not increase its adverse reactions,which is clinically safe.
