硫辛酸辅助治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并骨质疏松的疗效

The Efficacy of Lipoic Acid in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus(T2DM)with Osteoporosis

目的探究2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并骨质疏松采用硫辛酸辅助治疗的临床疗效。方法选取该院2018年1月—2019年9月收治的143例T2DM合并骨质疏松患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组行常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用硫辛酸辅助治疗,对比两组临床疗效、治疗前后骨代谢指标与骨密度。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.06%,高于对照组的74.65%(χ~2=8.975,P<0.05);观察组治疗后股骨颈、腰椎骨密度分别为(0.85±0.09)g/cm^3、(0.92±0.08)g/cm^3,均高于对照组(t=9.837、10.268,P<0.05);观察组治疗后CTX为(240.12±1.28)μg/mL,低于对照组,BGP、BALP分别为(9.15±1.99)μg/L、(57.89±4.28)U/L,高于对照组(t=485.830、52.263、42.129,P<0.05)。结论 T2DM合并骨质疏松采用硫辛酸辅助治疗利于进一步提高临床疗效,改善骨代谢与骨密度。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of adjuvant lipoic acid in the treatment of type 2 diabetes(T2DM)with osteoporosis.Methods A total of 143 patients with T2DM and osteoporosis who were treated in the hospital from January 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group received conventional treatment.The observation group,on the basis of the control group,adopted adjuvant lipoic acid,to compare the clinical efficacy,bone metabolism index and bone density of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.06%,which was higher than 74.65%in the control group(χ2=8.975,P<0.05).The bone density of the femoral neck and lumbar vertebra after treatment in the observation group was(0.85±0.09)g/cm3,(0.92±0.08)g/cm3,both higher than the control group(t=9.837,10.268,P<0.05);the CTX in the observation group after treatment was(240.12±1.28)μg/mL,which was lower than the control group,and BGP and BALP were(9.15±1.99)μg/L and(57.89±4.28)U/L were higher than those in the control group(t=485.830,52.263,42.129,P<0.05).Conclusion T2DM combined with osteoporosis with lipoic acid as adjuvant therapy is beneficial to further improve the clinical efficacy and improve bone metabolism and bone density.
