手术室护理对胃肠道手术患者切口愈合效果及并发症的影响分析

Effect of Operating Room Nursing on Incision Healing and Complications in Patients with Gastrointestinal Surgery

目的评定手术室护理干预服务使用于胃肠道手术患者中对其手术切口愈合效果和并发症产生的影响效果。方法对2017年3月—2019年10月该院治疗的72例胃肠道手术患者开展项目对应数据计算,分组方式选取随机双盲方式,各组纳入36例,实验组运用手术室全面护理干预服务,参比组运用手术室一般护理干预服务,研究相关指标。结果实验组手术后14 d时切口愈合优良率(97.22%)相比参比组(80.56%)上升,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.062,P=0.024<0.05);实验组手术后14 d内并发症总发生率(2.78%)相比参比组(16.67%)下降,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=3.956,P=0.046<0.05)。结论为胃肠道手术患者选用手术室全面护理干预服务有助于促使其手术切口愈合及减少并发症。

Objective To evaluate the effect of operating room nursing intervention services on the healing effect and complications of surgical incision in patients with gastrointestinal surgery.Methods The corresponding data of 72 cases of gastrointestinal surgery patients treated in the hospital from March 2017 to October 2019 were calculated.The method of group distinction was randomized and double-blind.Each group included 36 cases.The experimental group used surgery room comprehensive nursing intervention service;the reference group used the operating room general nursing intervention service to study related indicators.Results The overall statistics of excellent incision healing(97.22%)at 14 d after surgery in the experimental group increased compared with the statistical content of the reference group(80.56%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.062,P=0.024<0.05);they appeared within 14 days after surgery in the experimental group.The overall complication statistics(2.78%)decreased compared with the statistical content of the reference group(16.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=3.956,P=0.046<0.05).Conclusion The use of comprehensive nursing interventions in the operating room for patients with gastrointestinal surgery can help promote the healing of surgical incisions and reduce complications.
