研究优化流程护理在基层医院外科护理中的应用

Study on the Application of Optimized Process Nursing in Surgical Nursing of Primary Hospitals

目的研究在基层医院外科护理中行优化流程护理的效果。方法择取2015年6月—2016年6月在该院外科应用优化流程护理之前的62例作为一组,另选取2016年7月—2017年7月在该院外科应用优化流程护理之后的62例作为一组,比较优化前后护理质量的检测结果以及优化前后患者满意度。结果优化前后基础相关护理分别为(95.70±1.70)分、(96.02±2.20)分,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),优化后的护理管理制度、病房管理、专科护理、护理时的书写、护理的相关操作分别为:(97.42±0.98)分、(96.03±2.20)分、(96.76±1.60)分、(94.63±1.40)分、(95.99±2.42)分均高于优化前的(95.77±1.13)分、(94.92±0.96)分、(94.30±1.13)分、(93.55±1.27)分、(94.60±1.70)分;优化后患者的满意率为95.16%高于优化前的74.19%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ~2=10.504,P=0.001)。结论在基层医院外科护理中应用优化流程护理,不仅能够提高护理质量,还能提高患者的满意度,有利于推动整个基层医院的护理质量。

Objective To study the effect of optimized procedure nursing in surgical nursing in primary hospitals.Methods Select 62 cases from June 2015 to June 2016 the surgical application of optimized procedure nursing in the hospital as a group,and select 62 cases from July 2016 to July 2017 the surgical application of the optimized procedure nursing in the hospital as a group,and compare the test results of the quality of care before and after optimization and patient satisfaction before and after optimization.Results The basic related nursing before and after optimization were(95.70±1.70)points and(96.02±2.20)points,and there was no statistically significant difference between the groups(P>0.05).The optimized nursing management system,ward management,specialist nursing,and related operations of writing and nursing during nursing were:(97.42±0.98)points,(96.03±2.20)points,(96.76±1.60)points,(94.63±1.40)points,(95.99±2.42)points,higher than those before optimization(95.77±1.13)points,(94.92±0.96)points,(94.30±1.13)points,(93.55±1.27)points,(94.60±1.70)points;the satisfaction rate of patients after optimization was 95.16%higher than 74.19%before optimization,and there were differences between groups(χ2=10.504,P=0.001).Conclusion The application of optimized process nursing in primary hospitals for surgical nursing can not only improve the quality of care,but also improve patient satisfaction,and is conducive to promoting the quality of care in primary hospitals.
