抚触护理在新生儿黄疸护理中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Touching Nursing in the Nursing of Neonatal Jaundice

目的在对新生儿黄疸进行护理的过程中,分析使用抚触护理方式的效果。方法随机选择该院2018年9月—2019年8月接诊的新生儿黄疸患儿82例为临床观察对象,随机将患儿分成两组,对照组患儿采用常规手段进行护理,观察组患儿在常规护理方式的基础上加入抚触护理方式,对两组患儿的康复情况以及患儿家属的护理满意度进行分析。结果护理前观察组患儿黄疸指数为(19.45±4.75)mg/dL,对照组患儿黄疸指数为(19.23±4.34)mg/dL差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经过护理后观察组患儿的黄疸指数为(11.87±2.14)mg/dL显著低于对照组。研究显示,观察组患儿在接受护理之后,平均黄疸消退时间为(3.91±0.87)d,对照组患儿在接受护理之后,平均黄疸消退时间为(5.26±0.96)d,两组患儿在使用同样治疗手段的前提下,对照组患儿的平均黄疸消退时间要长于观察组患儿的平均黄疸消退时间。患儿家长对护理服务满意度的情况,观察组患儿家长对护理服务的总满意度为92.68%,对照组患儿家长对护理服务的总满意度为82.93%,观察组患儿家长对护理服务的总满意度要高于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。结论在对新生儿黄疸患儿进行护理的过程中,常规的护理方式虽然能够在一定程度上发挥效果,但是护理效果十分有限,而在常规护理手段的基础上加入抚触护理的方式,不仅能够有效提升新生儿的康复速度,对于新生儿家长护理满意度的提升也有着十分积极的现实意义,有利于和谐护患关系的营造。

Objective To analyze the effect of using nursing care in the process of neonatal jaundice.Methods Randomly selected 82 neonatal jaundice patients admitted to the hospital from September 2018 to August 2019 as clinical observation subjects.The patients were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional methods.On the basis of nursing method,touch care method was added to analyze the rehabilitation status of two groups of patients and the nursing satisfaction of patients'families.Results The jaundice index of children in the observation group before nursing was(19.45±4.75)mg/dL,and the jaundice index of children in the observation group was(19.23±4.34)mg/dL.There was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).After nursing,the jaundice index of the observation group was(11.87±2.14)mg/dL,which was significantly lower than that of the control group.The study showed that the average jaundice remission time in the observation group was(3.91±0.87)d after receiving care,and the average jaundice remission time in the control group was(5.26±0.96)d after receiving the care.Under the premise of using the same treatment,the average jaundice resolution time of the children in the control group was longer than that of the observation group children.From the parents'satisfaction with the nursing service,the total satisfaction of the parents in the observation group with the nursing service was 92.68%,the total satisfaction with the parents in the control group with the nursing service was 82.93%,and the parents in the observation group with the parent.The overall satisfaction with nursing services was higher than that of the children in the control group.Conclusion In the process of nursing neonatal jaundice patients,although the conventional nursing methods can exert effects to a certain extent,the nursing effects are very limited.The addition of touch care methods on the basis of conventional nursing methods not only can effectively improve the recovery speed of newborns,but also has a very positive practical significance for the improvement of the nursing satisfaction of newborn parents.It is very conducive to the construction of a harmonious nurse-patient relationship.
