探讨心理护理对重症监护病房重症患者护理质量的影响作用

Explore the Effect of Psychological Nursing on Nursing Quality of Intensive Patients in Intensive Care Unit

目的观察探讨心理护理对重症监护病房(ICU)重症患者护理质量的影响作用。方法以2018年2月—2019年11月为时间段,选择该院ICU收治的200例重症患者。根据随机数表法,按照1∶1比例,将其分成对照组、研究组,每组100例。对照组100例给予常规护理,研究组100例配合心理护理。对比观察两组患者的护理质量。结果研究组护理干预后的SAS评分及SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组3例出现并发症,对照组11例,研究组发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组ICU住院时间及呼吸支持时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度比对照组高(98%vs 90%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ICU重症患者,配合心理护理,可提高护理质量,作用显著。

Objective To observe and explore the effect of psychological nursing on the quality of nursing care of intensive patients in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods From February 2018 to November 2019,200 cases of critically ill patients admitted to the hospital were selected.According to the random number table method,it was divided into a control group and a research group according to a 1:1 ratio,with 100 cases in each group.100 cases in the control group were given routine nursing care,and 100 cases in the study group were given psychological care.Compare and observe the nursing quality of the two groups of patients.Results The SAS score and SDS score of the study group after nursing intervention were lower than those of the control group,and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05);complications occurred in 3 cases in the study group,and 11 cases in the control group.The incidence of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the ICU hospital stay and respiratory support time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the data of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(98%vs 90%).There was a statistical difference significant(P<0.05).Conclusion We can improve the quality of nursing care with the help of psychological nursing in ICU severe patients.
