经尿道钬激光前列腺剜除术与电切术的长期临床疗效对比分析

Comparative Analysis of Long-term Clinical Efficacy of Transurethral Holmium Laser Enucleation of the Prostate and Resection

目的研究在前列腺增生患者中应用经尿道钬激光前列腺剜除术与前列腺电切术的临床价值。方法以双盲法对2017年8月—2019年8月期间方便选取的30例前列腺增生患者实施分组,常规组(n=15)使用经尿道钬激光前列腺电切术,实验组(n=15)使用经尿道钬激光前列腺剜除术,比较实验组与常规组前列腺增生患者临床治疗效果。结果实验组前列腺增生患者冲洗液用量、尿管留置时间、手术时间、膀胱冲洗时间、前列腺切除量、术中出血量分别为(22.54±2.33)mL、(2.02±0.63)d、(55.55±4.55)h、(15.24±4.22)h、(16.32±2.11)g、(131.54±6.54)mL与常规组(52.54±2.54)mL、(3.33±0.54)d、(71.54±5.32)h、(40.54±5.55)h、(27.21±2.56)g、(217.54±5.69)mL比较,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=33.709、6.115、8.845、14.054、12.713、38.423,P<0.05)。实验组前列腺增生患者并发症发生率6.67%显著低于常规组数据(40.00%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.658,P=0.031<0.05)。结论将经尿道钬激光前列腺剜除术应用在前列腺增生患者中具有显著价值。

Objective To study the clinical value of transurethral holmium laser enucleation of the prostate and thoracic resection of the prostate in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods Thirty patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were convenient selection performed by double-blind method from August 2017 to August 2019.The conventional group(n=15)used transurethral holmium laser prostatectomy and the experimental group(n=15).Transurethral holmium laser enucleation of the prostate was used to compare the clinical treatment effect of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia in the experimental group and the conventional group.Results The amount of irrigation fluid,urinary catheter indwelling time,operation time,bladder irrigation time,prostate resection volume,and intraoperative blood loss in the experimental group of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were(22.54±2.33)mL、(2.02±0.63)d、(55.55±4.55)h、(15.24±4.22)h、(16.32±2.11)g、(131.54±6.54)mL compared with the conventional group(52.54±2.54)mL、(3.33±0.54)d、(71.54±5.32)h、(40.54±5.55)h、(27.21±2.56)g、(217.54±5.69)mL,the difference was statistically significant(t=33.709、6.115、8.845、14.054、12.713、38.423,P<0.05).The incidence of complications in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia in the experimental group was 6.67%,which was significantly lower than the data in the conventional group(40.00%).the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.658,P=0.031<0.05).Conclusion Transurethral holmium laser prostate enucleation has significant value in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.
