探讨围生期个性化综合干预对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)妇女母乳喂养及血糖控制的影响

Explore the Effect of Perinatal Personalized Comprehensive Intervention on Breastfeeding and Blood Glucose Control in Women with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus (GDM)

目的探讨对妊娠期糖尿病妇女行围生期个性化综合干预对母乳喂养及产妇血糖控制的影响。方法便利选取2018年1月—2019年7月期间该院收治的40例妊娠期糖尿病妇女作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(围生期个性化综合干预),每组产妇20例。对比护理后产妇母乳喂养的情况及产妇血糖控制情况。结果经护理干预后,观察组产妇母乳喂养成功率60.00%、泌乳启动时间(33.54±1.93)h以及平均乳量指标(140.42±9.65)mL明显优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.667,P<0.05;t=10.124、38.139,P<0.05);观察组患者的各项血糖水平均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠期糖尿病妇女行围生期个性化综合干预,可有效提高母乳喂养的成功率及有利于产妇血糖的控制,有较高临床应用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of perinatal personalized comprehensive intervention on breastfeeding and maternal blood glucose control in gestational diabetic women.Methods Convenient selection of 40 women with gestational diabetes who were admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to July 2019 were used as research objects.They were divided into control group(routine care)and observation group(perinatal personalized personalized comprehensive intervention)by random number table method,20 women in each group.Compare the situation of breastfeeding and maternal blood glucose control after nursing.Results After nursing intervention,the maternal breastfeeding success rate in the observation group was 60.00%,the lactation start time(33.54±1.93)h,and the average milk volume index(140.42±9.65)mL were significantly better than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.667,P<0.05;t=10.124,38.139,P<0.05);the blood glucose levels of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Perinatal personalized comprehensive intervention for gestational diabetic women can effectively improve the success rate of breastfeeding and be beneficial to the control of maternal blood sugar,and has higher clinical application value.
