二氧化碳点阵激光治疗瘢痕的疗效分析

Analysis of the Efficacy of Carbon Dioxide Lattice Laser in the Treatment of Scars

目的观察与分析二氧化碳点阵激光治瘢痕的疗效。方法对该院2017年2月—2018年7月收治的瘢痕患者进行筛选,方便选择82例患者作为该次研究对象,数字法随机分为两组,两组病例数一致。对照组患者采用皮肤磨削术治疗,研究组采用二氧化碳点阵激光治疗。观察与比较两组治疗总有效率以及不良反应发生率。结果研究组治疗显效18例、有效21例、无效2例;对照组治疗显效14例、有效19例、无效8例;研究组总有效率39例(95.12%)明显高于对照组总效率33例(80.49%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.926,P<0.05);研究组出现色素沉着1例、红斑0例、色素脱失0例,对照组出现色素沉着4例、红斑2例、色素脱失3例,研究组不良反应发生率1例(2.44%)明显低于对照组不良反应发生率7例(17.07%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=3.725,P<0.05)。结论使用二氧化碳点阵激光治疗瘢痕的疗效确切,且治疗安全性更高。

Objective To observe and analyze the efficacy of carbon dioxide lattice laser in the treatment of scars.Methods The scar patients admitted in the hospital from February 2017 to July 2018 were convenienty selected.82 patients were selected as the research object.The number method was randomly divided into two groups with the same number of cases.Patients in the control group were treated with skin abrasion,while study group was treated with carbon dioxide lattice laser.Observe and compare the total effective rate of treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups.Results The treatment group in the study group was markedly effective in 18 cases,21 cases were effective,and 2 cases were ineffective.The control group was significantly effective in 14 cases,19 cases were effective,and 8 cases were ineffective.33 cases in the control group(80.49%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=5.926,P<0.05);1 case of pigmentation,0 cases of erythema,0 cases of pigment loss in the study group,4 cases of pigmentation,and 2 cases of erythema,3 cases of depigmentation.The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group 1 case(2.44%)was significantly lower than that in the control group 7 cases(17.07%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=3.725,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of carbon dioxide lattice laser in the treatment of scars is definite,and the treatment is safer.
