腹腔镜手术治疗肝硬化并胆囊结石的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Laparoscopic Surgery on Liver Cirrhosis and Gallbladder Stones

目的探讨分析腹腔镜手术治疗肝硬化并胆囊结石的临床疗效。方法方便选取2011年3月—2019年3月该院肝硬化并胆囊结石患者192例,分为观察组和对照组,各96例,观察组使用腹腔镜手术治疗,对照组采取传统开腹手术治疗。比较每组的治疗效果及并发症。结果观察组并发症总发生率为4.17%,显著低于对照组16.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.093,P=0.028<0.05);观察组的手术出血量(mL)、手术时间(min)、住院时间(d)、住院费用(万元)分别为:(67.78±14.56)mL、(62.14±22.09)min、(6.98±3.21)d、(1.02±0.16)万元,均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=21.013、20.391、12.004、10.982,P=0.006、0.009、0.015、0.025<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术与传统开腹手术治疗肝硬化并胆囊结石相比,并发症较少,手术时间短,出血量少,住院时间短,费用低,值得在临床应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgery for liver cirrhosis and gallbladder stones.Methods From March 2011 to March 2019,convenient selection of 192 patients with liver cirrhosis and gallbladder stones were divided into observation group and control group,each with 96 cases.The observation group was treated with laparoscopic surgery,and the control group was treated with traditional open surgery.The treatment effect and complications of each group were compared.Results The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.17%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group,16.67%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=7.093,P=0.028<0.05);the operation bleeding volume(mL)and operation time(min),Hospitalization time(d),hospitalization cost(ten thousand yuan)are:(67.78±14.56)mL,(62.14±22.09)min,(6.98±3.21)d,(1.02±0.16)million,which are significantly better In the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=21.013,20.391,12.004,10.982,P=0.006,0.009,0.015,0.025<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional open surgery for liver cirrhosis and gallbladder stones,laparoscopic surgery has fewer complications,shorter operation time,less bleeding,shorter hospital stays,and lower cost.It is worthy of clinical application.
