摘要
目的分析槐杞黄颗粒对支气管哮喘患儿免疫调节机制方面的作用。方法方便选择2018年1月—2019年6月期间在该院接受治疗的90例支气管哮喘患儿,将其作为该次研究的主要对象,所有患者均符合疾病纳入标准。将患儿划分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组选择氨溴特罗口服溶液进行治疗,观察组给予槐杞黄颗粒口服治疗。通过比较两组患儿的临床症状改善情况来进行中医证候疗效评价。两组均以30 d作为1个疗程。结果研究结果显示,在ifn-γ和IL-4两项指标方面,观察组IFN-γ(62.20±11.30)ng/L和IL-4(50.66±10.20)ng/L均要优于对照组(97.72±12.25)、(22.44±9.76)ng/L(t=3.714、3.604,P<0.05);在临床疗效方面,观察组的治疗有效率达到了95.6%,这一数据远远高于对照组的80.0%,数据差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.247,P<0.05)。结论槐杞黄颗粒在改善支气管哮喘患儿免疫调节机制方面效果显著,临床治疗有效性突出,是一种哮喘治疗的安全有效药物。
Objective To analyze the effect of Huaiqihuang granules on the immune regulation mechanism of children with bronchial asthma.Methods Ninety children with bronchial asthma who were treated in the hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were convenient selected as the main subjects of this study.All patients met the disease inclusion criteria.The children were divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ambroxol oral solution,and the observation group was treated with Huaiqihuang granules.The efficacy of TCM syndromes was evaluated by comparing the clinical symptoms of the two groups of children.Both groups took 30 days as a course of treatment.Results The results of the study showed that in terms of IFN-γand IL-4,the observation group IFN-γ(62.20±11.30)ng/L and IL-4(50.66±10.20)ng/L were better than the control group(97.72±12.25),(22.44±9.76)ng/L(t=3.714,3.604,P<0.05),and the results were statistically significant;in terms of clinical efficacy,the treatment effectiveness of the observation group reached 95.6%,which is much higher than the control group's 80.0%The data were significantly statistically different(χ^2=5.247,P<0.05).Conclusion Huaiqihuang granules have significant effects on improving the immune regulation mechanism of children with bronchial asthma.The clinical treatment is outstanding and it is a safe and effective drug for asthma treatment.
