降脂通脉汤配合瑞舒伐他汀治疗冠心病心绞痛合并高血脂症疗效

Curative Effect of Jiangzhi Tongmai Decoction Combined with Rosuvastatin on Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pectoris Complicated by Hyperlipidemia

目的对降脂通脉汤配合瑞舒伐他汀治疗冠心病心绞痛合并高血脂症疗效进行评价。方法方便选取2018年1月—2019年1月该院收治的98例冠心病心绞痛合并高血脂症患者为例进行研究,依据研究对象的入院号将98例患者分成联合组49例以及单一组49例。给予单一组患者瑞舒伐他汀治疗,给予联合组降脂通脉汤配合瑞舒伐他汀治疗,分析各治疗方法对于两组冠心病心绞痛合并高血脂症的影响。结果联合组总有效率为95.92%,单一组无总有效率为83.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.009,P=0.045)。联合组治疗总有效率高于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组左心室射血分数为(46.74±4.57)%、6 min步行距离为(310.55±42.01)m、左心室舒张末期内经为(43.18±3.84)mm、左心室收缩末期内经(42.08±4.31)mm。单一组左心室射血分数为(40.33±3.87)%、6 min步行距离为(285.76±39.62)m、左心室舒张末期内经为(52.07±4.28)mm、左心室收缩末期内经(49.02±5.24)mm。差异有统计学意义(t=7.492、3.005、10.822、7.160,P<0.05)。联合组的左心室舒张末期内经以及左心室收缩末期内经均低于单一组,6 min步行距离以及左心室射血分数均高于单一组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论降脂通脉汤配合瑞舒伐他汀治疗冠心病心绞痛合并高血脂症具有理想的治疗效果,可在改善心功能的同时降低血脂水平。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Jiangzhi Tongmai Decoction combined with rosuvastatin in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris with hyperlipidemia.Methods A case study was performed on 98 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris complicated by hyperlipidemia who were admitted to the Japanese hospital from January 2018 to January 2019.The 98 patients were divided into a combined group according to the admission number of the study subjects and 49 patients in the combined group and a single group of 49 cases.To give rosuvastatin treatment to a single group of patients,and Jiangzhi Tongmai Decoction combined with rosuvastatin treatment to analyze the effects of each treatment on coronary heart disease angina pectoris combined with hyperlipidemia.Results The total effective rate in the combined group was 95.92%,and the total effective rate in the single group was 83.67%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.009,P=0.045).The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the single group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the left ventricular ejection fraction of the combined group was(46.74±4.57)%,the six-minute walking distance was(310.55±42.01)m,and the left ventricular end-diastolic period was(43.18±3.84)mm,(42.08±4.31)mm of left ventricular end-systole.The left ventricular ejection fraction of a single group was(40.33±3.87)%,the six-minute walking distance was(285.76±39.62)m,the left ventricular end-diastolic period was(52.07±4.28)mm,and the left ventricular end-systolic period was(49.02±5.24)mm.the difference was statistically significant(t=7.492,3.005,10.822,7.160,P<0.05).The left ventricular end-diastolic period and left ventricular end-systolic period of the combined group were lower than those of the single group,and the six-minute walking distance and left ventricular ejection fraction were higher than those of the single group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Jiangzhi Tongmai Decoction combined with Rosuvastatin has an ideal therapeutic effect on coronary heart disease and angina pectoris combined with hyperlipidemia.It can improve cardiac function and reduce blood lipid levels.
