血栓弹力图评价老年患者抗血小板治疗的临床意义

Clinical Significance of Antithrombotic Therapy in Elderly Patients with Thromboelastography

目的探究老年抗血小板临床治疗中血栓弹力图的应用意义。方法从2018年3月—2019年8月间在该院接受抗血小板治疗的老年患者中便利选取88例作为该次研究对象,并随机按照数字随机的原则将其平均分成两组,即观察组44例,对照组44例,在临床治疗期间予以观察组患者阿司匹林给药治疗,对照组患者未进行抗血小板给药治疗,经过一段时间治疗后,利用血栓弹力图对两组患者的花生四希酸途径诱导血小板抑制率进行分别测试,并进行比较分析。结果观察组患者花生四希酸诱导的血小板抑制率(87.34±9.68)%显著高于对照组(11.84±3.49)%,组间对比差异有统计学意义(t=48.669,P<0.05)。结论在抗血小板治疗的老年患者临床治疗期间,应用血栓弹力图可以将患者接受抗血小板药物治疗后血小板抑制率的变化情况客观反映出来,同时,验证出在抗血小板治疗中采用阿司匹林药物治疗,效果显著。

Objective To explore the application of thromboelastography in the clinical treatment of antiplatelet in the elderly.Methods From March 2018 to August 2019,88 elderly patients who received antiplatelet therapy in the hospital were convenienty selected as the subject of this study,and they were randomly divided into two groups according to the principle of random numbers,that is,the observation group 44 case,44 cases in the control group.Aspirin was given to the observation group during the clinical treatment period.The patients in the control group were not given antiplatelet therapy.After a period of treatment,the thromboelasticity diagram was used to treat arachidonic acid in both groups of patients.Pathway-induced platelet inhibition rates were tested separately and compared for analysis.Results In the observation group,arachidonic acid-induced platelet inhibition rate(87.34±9.68)%was significantly higher than that in the control group(11.84±3.49)%,and the difference was statistically significant(t=48.669,P<0.05).Conclusion During the clinical treatment of elderly patients with antiplatelet therapy,the application of thromboelastography can objectively reflect the changes of platelet inhibition rate after patients receive antiplatelet therapy.At the same time,it is verified that aspirin therapy is used in antiplatelet therapy.The effect is remarkable.
