疫情下经济“内卷化”困境与突破路径研究

受到疫情冲击,国内外消费增速放缓,投资乏力,我国经济运行下行压力增大,经济“内卷化”困境不同程度存在;供给质量良莠不齐,创新驱动支撑力有待进一步提升,市场效率释放不佳等由经济“内卷化”产生的问题亟待进一步解决。为突破经济“内卷化”困境,必须深化供给侧结构性改革,加快实施创新驱动发展战略;理顺政府与市场的关系,明晰二者职能边界,以期实现质量变革、动力变革与效率变革,为推动我国经济继续保持长期向好的发展势头,行稳致远,提供强大市场推力。

Under the impact of the global epidemic,consumption growth at home and abroad has slowed down,investment is weak,and the downward pressure on China's economic operation has continued to increase.In this severe winter of development,adhere to the traditional development model and the old development concepts,stand still,and the dilemma of the“involution”of the economy that does not seek innovation,the quality of supply is uneven,the support for innovation is insufficient,and the release of market efficiency is not good.The problems caused by economic"involution"need to be further solved.In order to break through the dilemma of“involution”of the economy,we must deepen the supply-side structural reforms,accelerate the implementation of innovation-driven development strategies,build an innovative country and smoothen the relationship between the government and the market,and clarify the functional boundary between the two in order to achieve quality change.Dynamic change and efficiency change,in order to promote China's economy to maintain its momentum of long-term good development,stable and far-reaching,and provide a strong market thrust.
