摘要
从生态位态势理论视角设计高职院校教师科研能力调查问卷,探讨江苏省内高职院校教师的科研能力的态势状况。调研显示,当前江苏省高职院校教师自身科研基础条件比较完善,但科研生态环境有待完善。“态”主要表现在科研经费投入不足,科研管理制度有待完善,科研氛围不浓厚,科研成果水平偏低等方面;“势”主要表现在高职院校教师自身学习系统性不强,科研实践能力薄弱以及科研创新能力不足。从学校和教师角度提出对策建议,为职业院校营造良好的教师科研生态环境提供参考。
From the perspective of Niche Situation Theory,this paper draws up a questionnaire on the scientific research ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu Province.The investigation shows that the basic conditions of scientific research of teachers in higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu Province are relatively complete,but the ecological environment of scientific research needs to be improved.The state is mainly manifested in the following aspects:Insufficient Investment in scientific research funds,the system of scientific research management to be improved,the atmosphere of scientific research is not strong,and the level of scientific research achievements is on the low side,the research practice ability is weak and the research innovation ability is insufficient.In view of the main manifestations of the situation,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the angle of schools and teachers to provide reference for vocational colleges to create a good ecological environment for teachers'scientific research.
