基于社会实践理论的高校学生实习状态变迁研究——以自主选择模式为例

Research on the Changes of College Students’Internship Status Based on the Theory of Social Practice——Taking the Independent Choice Model as an Example

以高校大学生为研究对象,以自主选择实习单位模式为例,通过对学生访谈资料、实习总结等文本进行质性分析,并运用布迪厄社会实践理论的3个方面:场域、惯习和资本作为分析框架,总结了高校学生实习状态的变迁。结论显示:大二学生在场域选择方面兼具时间、兴趣方面的规划;实习中学生获得了学习主动性、持续学习主观能动性、冷静处理问题能力等惯习;学生不仅获得专业内外新技能类的文化资本,同时还获得对于人生规划、生活等方面体验的隐性资本;大一时期对场域认知、获得的惯习、资本进一步影响大二场域选择以及新资本的获得。

Taking the model of independent mode practice unit as an example,taking college students as the research object,through the qualitative analysis of the texts such as students interview materials,practice summary,etc.,using three aspects of Pierre Bourdieu's social practice theory:Field,habit and capital as the analytical framework,this paper sums up the changes of college students'practice state.The results show that the sophomores have the time and interest planning in the field selection,and the students have acquired the habit of learning initiative,continuous learning initiative,calm problem-solving ability,etc.,Students not only get the cultural capital of new skills,but also get the recessive capital of life planning and Life Experience The cognition of the field,the habit of acquiring and the capital further affect the choice of field and the acquisition of new capital.
