摘要
职前教师培养过程中教学实践不足将影响教师人才培养质量。坚持工作导向,进一步明确教育课程目标,在课程设置上充分体现实践导向,提升课程体验感和完善课程评价,有针对性推进教师实践教学改革,有助于教育专业毕业生无缝对接工作岗位,同时也为职前教师培养探索了新路径。
In the process of talent training,there is a phenomenon that theory is emphasized but practice is neglected.The shortage of pre-service teachers'teaching practice will affect the quality of teacher training.Adhering to the job-oriented approach,further defining the objectives of the education curriculum,fully reflecting the practice-oriented approach in the curriculum setting,enhancing the experience of the curriculum and improving the curriculum evaluation,and pushing forward the reform of teachers'practice teaching in a targeted way,it is helpful for education graduates to work seamlessly,and it also explores a new path for pre-service teacher training.
