企业兼职教师教学能力现状及提升策略——以内蒙古高校为例

Research on the Current Situation and Promotion Strategy of Teaching Ability of Part-Time Teachers in Colleges and Universities in Inner Mongolia

企业兼职教师的教学能力是影响高校整体教学质量的一个重要因素。通过问卷对内蒙古高校企业兼职教师教学能力现状进行调查和分析,探讨兼职教师基础教学能力和专业教学能力提升,针对存在的问题从学校和企业两个层面提出相应策略。

The teaching ability of part-time teachers in enterprises is an important factor affecting the overall teaching quality of colleges and universities.Through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of teaching ability of part-time teachers in Colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia,it is found that the basic teaching ability and professional teaching ability of part-time teachers are deficient,while schools and enterprises do not play an active role in monitoring and training part-time teachers.In view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward the corresponding strategies from the school and enterprise levels,in order to provide reference for the cultivation of teaching ability of part-time teachers in Inner Mongolia University enterprises.
