血管生成生长因子变化与前列腺癌患者膀胱损伤相关研究 被引量:2

Study on the relationship between the changes of angiogenic growth factor and bladder injury in patients with prostate cancer

摘要 目的:为了确定是否可以通过尿液中的血管生成生长因子的改变来检测具有放射性膀胱炎的前列腺癌幸存者的膀胱中的血管损伤。方法:收集我院2013年1月~2015年12月的有放疗史的前列腺癌幸存者的相关临床资料,通过Luminex试验检测其尿液样本中的血管生成生长因子水平,通过HPLC测量尿肌酐水平。结果:有放疗史的前列腺癌幸存者中,肝细胞生长因子(HGF),胎盘生长因子(PLGF)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的水平均发生了改变,HGF和PLGF随放疗次数增加而增加,而VEGF则具有递减趋势;在接受放疗后出现放射性膀胱炎和血尿患者中HGF也增加,而PLGF和VEGF仅在放疗后第1年增加;血尿患者中VEGF升高;最后,有放疗史的前列腺癌幸存者的肌酸酐水平增加。结论:放射性膀胱炎是一种放疗后常见的膀胱疾病,尤其是癌症幸存者在盆腔放疗后常有患病的风险。在这项研究中,我们确定了3种血管生成生长因子的变化与患有放射性膀胱炎的前列腺癌幸存者的膀胱血管损伤相关,如果在未来的研究中得到进一步验证,可以为治疗放射性膀胱炎提供一种新策略。 Objective: To determine whether vascular damage in the bladder of prostate cancer survivors with radiation cystitis can be detected by changes in angiogenic growth factors in urine. Method: The clinical data of prostate cancer survivors with a history of radiotherapy in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were collected. The angiogenic growth factor levels in urine samples were measured by Luminex test, and the urine creatinine level was measured by HPLC. Result: Hepatocyte growth factor(HGF), placental growth factor(PLGF) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) levels altered in prostate cancer survivors with a history of radiotherapy. HGF and PLGF elevated with increasing number of radiotherapy cycles, while VEGF has a decreasing trend. HGF also increased in patients with radiation cystitis and hematuria after receiving radiotherapy, while PLGF and VEGF increased only in the first year after radiotherapy. VEGF elevated in hematuria patients. Creatinine levels of prostate cancer survivors with history of radiotherapy increased. Conclusion: Radiation cystitis is a common bladder disease after radiotherapy, and is especially regarded as a risk factor in cancer survivors after pelvic radiotherapy. In this study, we identified three pro-angiogenic factors that may be urinary biomarkers, and if further validated in future studies, may provide a new strategy for the treatment of radiation cystitis.
