登革热并发急性胰腺炎1例并文献复习

Acute pancreatitis in dengue fever:a case report

1病例报告患者,女,33岁,因"发热5 d,腹痛伴呕吐3 d"于2019-9-19入院。患者于2019-09-15晚上出现发热,热峰达38.6℃,伴恶寒、全身乏力、肌肉酸痛,无呼吸系统、胃肠道系统、泌尿系感染症状。遂至当地医院就诊,予退热等对症治疗后发热反复。2019-09-17再次出现发热恶寒,伴上腹部持续剧烈胀痛,恶心呕吐、食入则吐;2019-09-19至我院急诊就诊,生命体征:BP 83/55 mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa)。

A 30-year-old female with fever and persistent abdominal pain and vomiting was diagnosed as dengue fever complicated with acute pancreatitis.ARDS,acute myocarditis,acute liver injury,acute renal and encephalopathy common in dengue fever.Acute pancreatitis is a rare complication.So we report this case to attract the attention of major clinicians.Early diagnosis and treatment can avoid the occurrence of important organ damage.
