显微超声技术结合热牙胶充填在根尖周炎疗效及安全性分析

Analysis of the Efficacy and Safety of Micro-ultrasound Technology Combined with Hot Tooth Glue in Periapical Periodontitis

目的根尖周炎应用显微超声联合热牙胶充填治疗效果与安全性分析。方法选取2017年7月—2018年7月该院诊治100例根尖周炎患者资料,随机分为两组,对照组予以洁治手术联合甲硝唑,研究组予以显微超声联合热牙胶充填方案,分析两组牙周指标、疼痛度与安全性情况。结果治疗后,研究组GI(0.86±0.43)、SBI(1.43±0.58)与PD(3.95±0.86)mm,均比对照组低(t=4.552、6.776、6.399,P<0.05);且研究组疼痛度(1.93±0.63)分与IL-1β(95.21±13.56)pg/uL均比对照组低(t=11.283、3.996,P<0.05);研究组肿胀、感染等并发症2.00%比对照组16.00%少(χ^2=4.396,P<0.05);对照组复发12.00%比研究组多(χ^2=4.433,P<0.05)。结论根尖周炎应用显微超声联合热牙胶充填治疗,更能有效改善患者牙周指标,缓解其疼痛度,降低患者并发症与复发情况,具一定临床应用价值。

Objective To analyze the effect and safety of periapical periodontitis using micro-ultrasound combined with hot gum filling.Methods The data of 100 cases of periapical periodontitis diagnosed and treated in our hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given surgical treatment combined with metronidazole,and the research group was given microsound combined with hot tooth gel filling plan,analysis of two groups of periodontal indicators,pain and safety.Results After treatment,the GI(0.86±0.43),SBI(1.43±0.58)and PD(3.95±0.86)mm of the study group were lower than those of the control group(t=4.552、6.776、6.399,P<0.05);and the study group of the pain level(1.93±0.63)points and IL-1β(95.21±13.56)pg/uL were lower than the control group(t=11.283、3.996,P<0.05);the swelling and infection complications in the study group were 2.00%higher than the control group 16.00%less(χ^2=4.396,P<0.05);the control group relapsed 12.00%more than the study group(χ^2=4.433,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of periapical periodontitis with micro-ultrasound combined with hot gum filling can effectively improve the periodontal index of patients,relieve their pain,and reduce the complications and recurrence of patients,which has certain clinical application value.
