摘要
目的探究小儿先天性心脏病(先心病)复合畸形患儿开展经食管超声(TEE)胸部微创介入术治疗的效果和安全性。方法从2015年3月—2018年9月期间该院收治的先心病复合畸形患儿中随机抽取64例参与研究,随机分为两组,对照组患儿开展常规开胸手术,观察组患儿开展TEE下经胸微创介入术,对比两组患儿手术时间、出血量、通气时间和ICU停留时间,比较两组患儿手术成功率,同时术后进行为期1年的随访,通过随访统计患儿术后并发症情况。结果观察组患者手术时间(50.26±15.68)min、出血量(26.42±8.85)mL、通气时间(3.51±1.63)h和ICU停留时间(13.24±2.32)h相比对照组(76.34±22.35)min、(121.33±10.65)mL、(5.72±1.87)h、(20.61±3.14)h更少,差异有统计学意义(t=5.404、38.773、5.039、10.678,P<0.05);观察组患儿术后并发症发生率3.13%显著低于对照组28.13%(χ^2=7.585,P<0.05)。结论为先心病复合畸形患儿实施TEE经胸微创介入术治疗具有良好的疗效,可缩短患儿恢复时间,降低并发症风险,对患儿康复具有积极意义。
Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of minimally invasive interventional treatment of chest with transesophageal ultrasound(TEE)for children with congenital heart disease(congenital heart disease)and combined deformities Methods From March2015 to September 2018,64 children with congenital heart disease complex deformities admitted to the hospital were randomly selected to participate in the study.They were randomly divided into two groups.Trans-thoracic minimally invasive interventional surgery under TEE was performed to compare the operation time,bleeding volume,ventilation time and ICU stay time of the two groups of children,and to compare the success rate,postoperative complications of the two groups of children.Results Compared with the con-trol group,the operation time(50.26±15.68)min,bleeding volume(26.42±8.85)mL,ventilation time(3.51±1.63)h and ICU stay time(13.24±2.32)h in the observation group were(76.34±22.35)min,(121.33±10.65)mL,(5.72±1.87)h,(20.61±3.14)h,less,there difference was statistical significance(t=5.404,38.773,5.039,10.678,P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 3.13%significantly lower than that in the control group 28.13%,the difference was significant,after comparison,there difference was significance in statistics(χ^2=7.585,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of TEE transthoracic minimally invasive interventional therapy for children with congenital heart disease and deformity has a good effect,which can shorten the recovery time of children and reduce the risk of complications,and has a positive significance for the rehabilitation of children.
