益气活血清热化湿法对特发性膜性肾病抗磷脂酶A2受体(PLA2R)抗体滴度影响的临床观察

Clinical Observation of the Effect of Probiotic Qi,Vitalizing Blood,Clearing Heat and Dampness on Anti-Phospholipase A2 Receptor(PLA2R)Antibody Titers in Idiopathic Membrane Nephropathy

目的探讨对特发性膜性肾病患者应用益气活血清热化湿法中药治疗后,对患者抗磷脂酶A2受体(PLA2R)抗体滴度的影响,进一步确定血清抗PLA2R抗体在治疗IMN中的作用。方法选取2019年1月—2020年4月于该院就诊的特发性膜性肾病患者30例,对其在基础治疗的同时应用益气活血清热化湿法中药,观察对患者指标影像,评定疗效。结果治疗后抗PLA2R抗体滴度(33.62±5.34)RU/mL,低于治疗前(53.26±7.34)RU/mL,差异有统计学意义(t=11.851,P<0.05)。结论益气活血清热化湿法可降低特发性膜性肾病患者抗PLA2R抗体滴度,改善患者临床症状,提高疗效。

Objective To explore the effect of anti-phospholipase A2 receptor(PLA2 R)antibody titer on patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy treated with Probiotic Qi,Vitalizing Blood,Clearing Heat and Dampness method,to further determine the role of serum anti-PLA2 R antibody in IMN.Methods Thirty patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy who were treated in the hospital from January 2019 to April 2020 were selected,and the traditional Chinese medicine of Probiotic Qi,Vitalizing Blood,Clearing Heat and Dampness method was applied to the basic treatment,and the images of the patients’indicators were observed,the efficacy was evaluated.Results The anti-PLA2 R antibody titer(33.62±5.34)RU/mL after treatment was lower than that before treatment(53.26±7.34)RU/mL,and the differences were statistically significant(t=11.851,P<0.05).Conclusion The method of Probiotic Qi,Vitalizing Blood,Clearing Heat and Dampness can reduce the titer of anti-PLA2 R antibody in patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy,improve the clinical symptoms and improve the curative effect of patients.
