甲亢合并糖尿病治疗中甲巯咪唑片联合格列齐特缓释片的应用研究

Application Study of Methimazole Tablets Combined with Gliclazide Sustained-release Tablets in the Treatment of Hyperthyroidism Combined with Diabetes

目的研究甲亢合并糖尿病治疗中甲巯咪唑片联合格列齐特缓释片的应用效果。方法选取82例甲亢合并糖尿病患者作为研究对象,均于2017年1月—2019年1月入院,随机分为对照组(41例)与研究组(41例),前组单用甲巯咪唑片,后组联用甲巯咪唑片与格列齐特缓释片;比较两组疗效。结果两组治疗前甲状腺激素指标及血糖指标水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对比对照组,研究组治疗后空腹血糖(7.15±2.18)mmol/L、餐后2 h血糖水平(10.41±1.57)mmol/L与游离三碘甲腺原氨酸(2.94±0.39)pg/mL、游离甲状腺素水平(1.48±0.51)pg/mL更低,促甲状腺激素水平(1.69±0.97)mU/L更高,各项指标均差异有统计学意义(t=5.507、6.170、19.440、8.033、4.857,P<0.05)。结论甲亢合并糖尿病治疗中甲巯咪唑片联合格列齐特缓释片的应用效果显著,可有效改善患者甲亢功能及血糖水平。

Objective To study the effect of methimazole tablets combined with gliclazide sustained-release tablets in the treatment of hyperthyroidism combined with diabetes.Methods Eighty-two patients with hyperthyroidism and diabetes were selected as the research objects,and all were admitted from January 2017 to January 2019.They were randomly divided into a control group(41 cases)and a research group(41 cases).The former group used mebendazole tablets alone.In the latter group,methimazole tablets and gliclazide sustained-release tablets were used in combination;the efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results There was no statis-tically significant difference in thyroid hormone indexes and blood glucose levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);compared with the control group,the fasting blood glucose(7.15±2.18)mmol/L and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels(10.41±1.57)mmol/L and free triiodothyronine(2.94±0.39)pg/mL,free thyroxine level(1.48±0.51)pg/mL,and thyroid stimulating hormone level(1.69±0.97)mU/L,higher,and all indicators had statistical signifant differences(t=5.507,6.170,19.440,8.033,4.857,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of methimazole tablets combined with gliclazide sustained-release tablets in the treatment of hyperthyroidism combined with diabetes is significant,and it can effectively improve the patients’hyperthyroidism function and blood glucose level.
