糖皮质激素与β2受体激动剂吸入治疗对小儿哮喘患儿的肺功能改善研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨糖皮质激素与β2受体激动剂治疗小儿哮喘的临床效果。方法将2016年12月—2018年9月科室治疗的80例小儿哮喘患儿作为研究对象,根据研究要求以随机抽签的形式将40例接受糖皮质激素、β2受体激动剂吸入治疗的患儿作为观察组,40例接受糖皮质激素治疗的患儿作为对照组,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后日间/夜间哮喘症状评分(0.76±0.33)分、(0.69±0.21)分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.031、7.437,P<0.05);观察组治疗后的肺功能指标FVC(2.17±0.60)L、FEV1(1.85±0.51)L、PEFR(3.33±1.33)L/s均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(t=3.230、3.829、4.316,P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率95.00%(38/40),高于对照组77.50%(31/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=12.911,P<0.05);两组不良反应率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论糖皮质激素与β2受体激动剂吸入治疗小儿哮喘安全有效。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of glucocorticoids andβ2 receptor agonists in the treatment of childhood asthma.Methods Eighty children with asthma treated in the department from December 2016 to September 2018 were taken as the research object.According to the research requirements,40 children who received inhalation therapy with glucocorticoids andβ2 receptor agonists were randomly drawn as an observation group,40 children receiving glucocorticoid therapy were used as a control group,and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the daytime/night asthma symptom scores(0.76±0.33)points and(0.69±0.21)points were lower in the observation group than in the control group,with statistical significance between the groups(t=5.031,7.437,P<0.05);after treatment,in the observation group,the lung function indexes FVC(2.17±0.60)L,FEV1(1.85±0.51)L,PEFR(3.33±1.33)L/s were better than the control group,and there was statistical significance difference between the groups(t=3.230,3.827,4.316,P<0.05);the treatment effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%(38/40),which was higher than that of the control group 77.50%(31/40),with statistical significance between the groups(χ^2=12.911,P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in adverse reaction rate between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Inhalation of glucocorticoid andβ2 receptor agonist is safe and effective in treating asthma in children.
