摘要
随着社会发展,能源消费日渐攀升,能源的精细化管理和研究对于国家发展有着越来越重要的战略意义,特别是对于先前较少关注的能源消耗领域需要重点关注,机械密封就属于这一范畴。该文根据生产实践和理论计算,对于机械密封的功耗计算、特殊工况功耗进行了理论和试验研究,发现在部分工况下,机械密封实际运行功耗与理论计算值有着较大的差距,相关结果对于机械密封设计和工程实践有一定的指导意义。
With the development of society,the energy consumption is increasing day by day.The refined management and research of energy has more and more important strategic significance for the development of the country,especially for the energy consumption field which is less concerned before,mechanical seal belongs to this category.According to the production practice and theoretical calculation,this paper conducts theoretical and Experimental Research on the power consumption calculation of mechanical seal and the power consumption under special working conditions.It is found that under some working conditions,the actual operation power consumption of mechanical seal is far from the theoretical calculation value,and the relevant results have certain guiding significance for the design and engineering practice of mechanical seal.
