摘要
通常电液比例变量泵由比例控制板输出可调电流控制比例阀完成控制,压力与流量的斜率分别在比例板上单独设定,不能满足多动作多斜率以及不能对泵口输出线性调整。随着工业发展,机械设备控制日益复杂,传统控制以不能满足要求,该文结合实际应用,设计基于PLC电液比例变量泵控制系统,解决变量泵的压力与流量多种斜率输出以及线性可调整,确保液压系统更加稳定、更精准可靠。
Generally,for electro-hydraulic proportional variable pumps,the proportional control board outputs an adjustable current to control the proportional valve,the slopes of pressure and flow are separately set on the proportional board,which can not meet the requirements of multi-action,multi-slope and can not linearly adjust the pump output.This article combines the actual application to design the PLC electro-hydraulic proportional variable pump control system,which makes the variable pump pressure and flow rate multi-slope output and linear adjustable,to ensure that the hydraulic system is more stable,accurate and reliable.
