摘要 由于连续驱动摩擦焊兼具高质量与高效率,且拥有好的设备稳定性与相对较低的运行成本等优势,吸引了国内外研究人员的广泛关注和装备制造企业的追捧。该文通过分析摩擦焊工艺的主要参数(包括主摩擦压力与摩擦时间、顶锻压力与保压时间)对工件焊接性能的影响,从材料、参数选择、焊后热处理等三个方面总结了液压缸活塞杆的焊接方法。 Continuous drive friction welding has attracted widespread attention from domestic and foreign researchers and sought after by equipment manufacturing enterprises for its advantages such as high welding quality,high production efficiency,good equipment stability,and low operating costs.This paper mainly analyzes the influence of four factors,such as main friction pressure,main friction time,upset pressure and upset holding time,on the welding performance of workpieces.The welding methods of piston rods of hydraulic cylinders are summarized from three aspects,including materials,parameter selection,and post-weld heat treatment.
