摘要
中央苏区妇女干部培养工作的开展,有赖于其思想基础、群众基础及政权基础,培养方式多样,取得了显著成绩。由于阶级立场的不同,中央苏区与白区妇女干部培养工作相比较存在差异;中央苏区的特殊地位,带来了中央苏区与其他苏区妇女干部培养工作的差异;革命形势与环境的变化,带来了中央苏区时期与其前、后妇女干部培养工作的差异。中央苏区妇女干部培养工作本身亦优点与不足并存,具有坚持党的领导、工作与学习并行、重视阶级成分划分、存在双向激励机制等优点,存在先天不足后天冒进、女权为名男权为实、落后观念难以根除等不足,对当代妇女干部培养工作有着借鉴意义。
The cultivating of women cadres in the Central Soviet Area depended on the ideological basis,mass basis and regime basis,and achieved remarkable results through diverse ways of cultivating.Due to the differences in nature,position,thought and method,there were differences in the cultivating of women cadres between the Central Soviet Area and the white areas.The special status of the Central Soviet Area brought about differences in the cultivating of women cadres between the Central Soviet Area and other soviet areas.The change of revolutionary situation and environment brought about differences in the cultivating of women cadres between the Central Soviet Area period and before and after.Advantages and disadvantages coexisted in the cultivating of women cadres in the Central Soviet Area.The advantages included persistence to the Party’s leadership,work and study in parallel,emphasis on the class composition,and the mutual incentive mechanism.The disadvantages included inadequate natural endowment and anxiety for success,women’s rights on the surface while male’s rights for reality,backward ideas difficult to eradicate,and so on.These have a referential significance for the work of cultivating women cadres nowadays.
