中国共产党的纪律与初心--以“三大纪律、八项注意”为视角

The Discipline and Original Aspiration of the CPC:from the Perspective of “Three Main Rules of Discipline and Eight Points for Attention”

“三大纪律、八项注意”表面指向军队的纪律建设,实质指向人民群众的根本利益,其根源来自中国共产党的初心。“三大纪律、八项注意”的实行既是革命队伍自我改造,也是共产党人初心形成和坚定的过程。纪律源于初心,促进初心成长。共产党人的初心,既要靠信仰支撑,又要靠纪律规制。纪律问题最终是初心问题。初心坚定,纪律牢固;初心动摇,纪律淡薄。研究“三大纪律、八项注意”的形成过程及中国共产党人的初心成长过程,用具体历史来探析纪律与初心之间的关系,挖掘初心与纪律相互促进、有机统一的规律,可以为新时代推进纪律建设提供有益借鉴。

The“three main rules of disciplines and eight points for attention”point outwardly to the discipline construction of the armed forces,but essentially to the fundamental interests of the people,and they come from the original aspiration of the CPC.To implement the“three main rules of disciplines and eight points for attention”is not only to reconstruct the revolutionary team,but also to form and consolidate the original aspiration of communists.Discipline originates from and promotes the growth of the original aspiration.The original aspiration of communists should rely on both faith and discipline.The question of discipline is ultimately a question of original aspiration.With the original aspiration firmly held,the discipline will be followed strictly;if the original aspiration is shaken,the discipline will be weakened.Studying the formation process of the“three main rules of disciplines and eight points for attention”and the growth process of Chinese Communists’original aspiration,exploring the relationship between discipline and original aspiration through specific history,and digging out the law of mutual promotion and organic unity between original aspiration and discipline can provide useful references for promoting the discipline construction in the new era.
