摘要
通过Moore-Greitzer模型对不同阀门系数下的压缩系统进行仿真,给定不同强度的进口扰动,发现进口扰动强度会对压缩系统的失稳过程与失稳形式产生影响:(1)对于稳定工作状态的压缩系统,扰动强度增加使得系统恢复稳定的时间加长,甚至无法恢复;对于失稳工况的压缩系统,扰动强度增加使得失稳发生的时间减少。(2)当进口扰动强度达到一定程度时,压缩系统的失稳形式不再由系统本身所决定,而主要取决于扰动的强度。
This paper simulates the working conditions of compression system at different throttle coefficients by Moore-Greitzer model,while the amplitudes of inlet perturbations are also different.The simulation results indicate that the amplitudes of inlet perturbations have a great impact on the instability progresses and instability states.The time to recover to stables condition at high throttle coefficient will be longer while the time to develop to unstable condition at low throttle coefficient will be shorter when the amplitudes of inlet perturbations is higher.When the perturbations is stronger than the system damping,the instability state depends on the perturbations but the system.
