摘要
本文详细介绍了动力总成悬置系统基于TRA进行布置的正向开发过程,并给出了各悬置每个方向刚度的设计原则和悬置点位置布置方法。某款动力总成的正向开发过程计算结果表明,悬置系统的初始设计频率和解耦频率可以完全吻合,且各个方向的模态解耦率均接近100%。
A method is presented in the paper to decoupling rigid modes for powertrain mounting system based on the Torque Roll Axis(TRA)in vehicle concept design stage,and the design criteria in proposed to optimize the mount locations and stiffness.The proposed method is illustrated on a design example case of powertrain mounting system.The decoupling analysis for the optimal mount locations and stiffness are predicted for 100%decoupling of powertrain modes.
