中兴矿层状顶板拱形巷道支护设计及应用效果浅析 被引量:1

摘要 中兴矿三采西翼回风巷为拱形断面,并且顶板为层状顶板,通过理论分析发现当拱肩处的支护强度不足时,会发生层状岩层破断垮落的现象,针对该巷道断面为拱形且顶板为软弱层状岩层的特点对其支护参数进行设计并应用。矿方应用所设计支护参数后,掘进初期拱肩处不再发生破断垮落现象,掘进后稳定期巷道的顶底板移近量控制在40mm,两帮移近量控制在20mm,整体围岩变形量小,支护参数设计合理。 The backwind tunnel of the west wing of the third mining of Zhongxing Mine is an arched section,and the roof is a layered roof.Through theoretical analysis,it is found that when the support strength at the shoulder is insufficient,the layered rock layer will be broken and collapsed.The section is arched and the roof is a weak layered rock layer,and its supporting parameters are designed and applied.After the design parameters of the mine application,the breakage phenomenon of the arched shoulder is no longer occurred at the initial stage of the excavation.The displacement of the top and bottom plates of the roadway in the stable period after tunneling is controlled at 40 mm,and the distance between the two gangs is controlled at 20 mm.The deformation amount is small,and the support parameters are designed reasonably.
