葫芦素煤矿缓冲硐室壁后注浆堵水技术 被引量:1

摘要 为了防止葫芦素煤矿缓冲硐室上方含水层的水沿着投放管外壁与井壁存在的裂缝以及缓冲硐室周围岩体的松动圈进入缓冲硐室,对矿井的安全生产造成危害。结合投放管周围的钻孔柱状图及水文钻孔资料,提出了缓冲硐室壁后注浆的堵水方案,在分析壁后注浆堵水原理的基础上,对注浆所用材料及配比、注浆压力和浆液扩散半径等参数进行了确定,并阐述了具体的施工工艺。 In order to prevent the water in the aquifer above the buffer chamber of Hu Lu Su Coal Mine from entering the buffer chamber along the cracks between the outer wall of the drop pipe and the shaft wall,and the loose circle of the rock around the buffer chamber,it will cause harm to the safety production of the mine.Combined with the drilling histogram and hydrological drilling data around the drop pipe,this paper puts forward the water blocking scheme of the backwall grouting of the buffer chamber.Based on the analysis of the water blocking principle of the backwall grouting,the parameters such as the material and ratio,the grouting pressure and the diffusion radius of the grouting are determined,and the specific construction technology is described.
