井下煤矸分离及矸石充填技术研究

Study on separation and filling technology of coal gangue in Jining No.2 Coal Mine

为提高矿井绿色开采水平,促进矿井可持续发展,济宁二号煤矿积极研究井下煤矸分离及矸石充填技术,采用TDS系统分选矸石,利用巷道充填和工作面充填进行矸石井下回填,实现矿井矸石井下回填的同时,解放部分"三下"压覆资源,社会经济效益显著,应用前景广阔。

In order to improve the green mining level of the mine and promote the sustainable development of the mine,Jining No.2 Coal Mine actively researches the technology of underground coal gangue separation and vermiculite filling,uses TDS system to separate vermiculite,and uses roadway filling and working face filling to implement vermiculite backfill.At the same time of backfilling the mine’s gangue,it liberated some of the"three downs"overburden resources,with significant social and economic benefits and broad application prospects.
