摘要
针对新元煤业3417工作面进风巷原有支护方案难以满足变形控制要求问题,从影响支护效果的控制因素出发,制定五套支护方案,通过数值分析优选出方案三较为合理。从分析得到:在原支护条件下两帮移进量最大为280 mm,顶板移进量为320 mm,优化支护方案后两帮最大移进量为150mm,顶板移进量为200 mm。两帮变形量减少46.4%,顶板变形量减少37.5%,优化后的支护方案有利于3417工作面进风巷围岩变形控制,满足安全生生产的要求。
In view of the problem that the original support scheme of the wind inlet roadway at the 3417 working face of xinyuan coal industry is difficult to meet the requirements of deformation control,five support schemes are formulated based on the control factors affecting the support effect,and the third scheme is more reasonable through numerical analysis.According to the analysis,under the original support condition,the maximum displacement of the two sides is 280 mm,the maximum displacement of the roof is 320 mm,and the maximum displacement of the two sides is 150 mm and the maximum displacement of the roof is 200 mm.The deformation of the two sides was reduced by 46.4%,and the roof deformation was reduced by 37.5%.The optimized support scheme is conducive to the control of surrounding rock deformation of the wind inlet roadway on 3417 working face and meets the requirements of safe production.
