摘要 为有效控制曙光煤矿+585水平中央水泵房围岩的失稳破坏,通过现场调研、钻孔窥视等方法,掌握硐室表面及深部围岩的破坏情况,围岩内存在三个相互独立的破碎区,据此提出层次注浆+高强稳定型锚梁网索修复加固技术,返修加固完成后进行矿压监测,结果表明;修复半年后顶底板移近量稳定在70mm以下,两帮移近量稳定在40mm以下,硐室围岩变形及顶板深部岩层离层现象得到有效的控制,所设计的返修加固方案应用效果良好。 In order to effectively control the instability and damage of the surrounding rock of the+585 horizontal central pump house in Shuguang Coal Mine,through field surveys and drilling peeping to grasp the damage of the chamber surface and deep surrounding rocks,there are three independent broken rocks in the surrounding rocks.Based on this,a layer grouting+high-strength stable anchor beam mesh cable repair and reinforcement technology is proposed,and the mine pressure monitoring is performed after the completion of rework and reinforcement,and the results show that the top and bottom plate approach amount stabilized below 70 mm after two years of repair,and the two groups approach amount Stability below 40 mm,the deformation of the surrounding rock of the chamber and the delamination of the deep rock layer in the roof are effectively controlled,and the designed repair and reinforcement scheme has a good application effect.
