摘要 为有效提高2-226工作面的瓦斯抽采效率,根据2#煤层瓦斯赋存情况,确定采用深孔预裂爆破技术进行增透,通过具体分析深孔预裂爆破技术原理,结合工作面特征进行爆破方案中各项参数的设计,并具体进行爆破孔装药结构工艺和封孔工艺的阐述;在爆破方案实施后,具体进行本煤层瓦斯抽采数据的监测与分析。结果表明:2-226工作面采用深孔预裂爆破技术后,本煤层瓦斯抽采期间,抽采浓度提升明显,本煤层预抽时间缩短一倍,煤层增透效果显著。 In order to effectively improve the gas extraction efficiency of the 2-226 face,according to the occurrence of gas in the 2#coal seam,it is determined to use the deep hole pre-splitting blasting technology to enhance the permeability,through the specific analysis of the deep hole pre-splitting blasting technology principle,combined with the working face characteristics Carry out the design of various parameters in the blasting plan,and specifically elaborate the blasting hole charge structure process and sealing process;after the blasting plan is implemented,the monitoring and analysis of the gas drainage data of this coal seam will be carried out.The results show that after the deep-hole pre-splitting blasting technology is adopted in the 2-226 working face,during the gas drainage of the coal seam,the extraction concentration is significantly increased,the pre-drainage time of the coal seam is doubled,and the permeability enhancement effect of the coal seam is remarkable.
