摘要 星村煤矿3307外综放工作面埋深超1000m,最大埋深在-1136m水平,冲击危险性大,造成煤体破碎严重;巷道围岩温度高,冬季进风顺槽温度超20℃,采空区温度超40℃,氧化带蓄热能力强。回采期间检测工作面回风流CO浓度超20ppm,采空区存在自燃发火征兆,通防工区通过对两顺及工作面异常区域打眼注胶封堵,有效抑制了采空区自然发火。 The buried depth of the 3307 outer fully mechanized caving face in Xingcun Coal Mine exceeds 1000 m,and the maximum buried depth is at-1136 m.The impact risk is high,causing severe coal fragmentation.The temperature of the surrounding rock of the roadway is high,and the temperature of the wind entering the channel in winter exceeds 20℃.The temperature in the empty zone exceeds 40°C,and the heat storage capacity of the oxidation zone is strong.During the mining,the CO concentration in the return air of the working face was over 20 ppm,and there were signs of spontaneous combustion in the goaf.The general defense area effectively suppressed natural fire in the mined-out area by injecting glue into the two-shun and abnormal areas of the working face.
