摘要
为有效治理3218工作面回采期间的粉尘,采用理论分析的方式具体进行喷雾洒水系统的机理进行分析,确定工作面采用高压喷雾洒水系统进行防尘,基于工作面具体特征,进行采煤机身喷雾除尘系统、滚筒喷雾除尘系统和液压支架喷雾除尘系统设计,确定喷雾水压为6~7MPa,采煤机身喷嘴间距500mm,喷角35°,采煤机滚筒采用三级水幕,并在每台液压支架上安设喷嘴;在工作面采用喷雾洒水系统前后分别进行粉尘浓度测试,以验证喷雾洒水系统效果。结果表明:3218工作面采用高压喷雾洒水系统后,降尘率达到65.4%,降尘效果显著,优化了工作面回采作业环境。
In order to effectively control the dust during the recovery of the 3218 working face,the mechanism of the spray sprinkler system was analyzed using theoretical analysis,and the working face was determined to be dust-proof by the high-pressure spray sprinkler system.Based on the specific characteristics of the working face,the coal body spray was sprayed.Design of dust removal system,drum spray dust removal system and hydraulic support spray dust removal system,confirm the spray water pressure is 6~7 MPa,the distance between the nozzles of the coal mining fuselage is 500 mm,the spray angle is 35°,the shearer drum adopts a three-stage water curtain,and Nozzles are installed on the hydraulic support of the platform;the dust concentration test is performed before and after the spray sprinkler system is used on the working face to verify the effect of the spray sprinkler system.The results show that the high-pressure spray sprinkler system of the 3218 working face has a dust reduction rate of 65.4%.The dust-reducing effect is remarkable,and the working environment of the mining face is optimized.
