摘要 为保障中央机厂机械加工设备的安全运行,以焊接成型阶段为例,通过风险识别,确定焊接成型阶段加工设备的风险因素及其类型;通过风险评价,运用灰色关联理论,对各风险因素进行排序和分级;通过风险控制,对风险因素进行逐级控制,制定重大风险、一般风险及轻微风险控制方案,进而来保证机械加工的安全作业。 In order to ensure the safe operation of the machining equipment of the central machine factory,taking the welding forming stage as an example,the risk factors and types of processing equipment in the welding forming stage are determined through risk identification;through the risk assessment,using gray correlation theory to rank and classify each risk factor;through risk control,risk factors are controlled step by step,and major risks,general risks and minor risk control plans are formulated to ensure machining safe work.
