摘要 在学校治理过程中,参与主体较多,参与主体的权力运作必须要得到有效制约,才能使其权力的运用更加合理化。文化具有社会规范作用,能够整合多种要素,且符合学校的文化属性,其影响比较持久,容易为主体所接受,是学校治理中权利制约的重要手段。具体实践如下:明确立德树人的治理内核,端正权力主体的权力观念;形成合理合法的管理风气和治理主体的权力规范;制定契合学校治理需求的规章制度,约束治理主体的权力运用;优化学校文化的思想内蕴,夯实权力规范的文化基础;增加学校权力的文化研讨,澄明治理运作的思想误区。 In the process of school governance,due to the participation of many subjects,the power operation of involved subjects must be effectively restricted to ensure the rationalization of power use.Culture has the function of regulating the society and can integrate various elements.It conforms to the cultural attribute of schools and has a long-lasting effect,thus easily accepted by the subjects.Therefore,culture is the important device of restricting power in the school governance.The specific practice is as follows:specifying the core of governance in fostering virtue through education and correcting power subjects'concept of power;forming a reasonable and legal management atmosphere and the power norms for governance subjects;making rules and regulations conforming to the school governance and restricting the power use of governance subjects;optimizing the ideological implication of school culture and consolidating the cultural basis of power norms;and increasing the cultural discussion on school power and clarifying the thinking mistakes in the operation of governance.
