基于文献数据挖掘的新型冠状病毒肺炎中医证素规律研究

Study on the Law of TCM Syndrome Elements of COVID-19 Based on Literature Data Mining

目的:分析新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)病位与病性证素规律,探索其中医证型分布特征。方法:筛选COVID-19回顾性病例研究、病例对照研究和成组病例分析等相关文献,采取频次统计、系统聚类等数据挖掘方法提取中医证素进行分析。结果:呈现出的证素组合规律主要有以下两大类:第一大类为病位证素肺与病性证素热、湿、毒。第二大类可细分为三小类:①病位证素卫表;②病位证素中焦、病性证素寒;③病性证素气虚、阴虚、阳虚、气脱。结论:COVID-19最常见病位证素肺、卫表、中焦;最常见病性证素湿、热、毒,寒、气虚、气脱、阳虚、阴虚,一定程度上反映了COVID-19的病因病机、病位病性,乃至病程进展规律,可初步将其作为COVID-19证型辨识的依据。

Objective:To analyze the location and pathological characteristics of new coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)and explore the distribution characteristics of medical syndromes.Method:To screen COVID-19 retrospective case studies,case-control studies,and group case analysis and other relevant literatures,and to use frequency statistics,systematic clustering and other data mining methods to extract TCM syndromes for analysis.Results:There are two main types of syndrome combination rules:The first category is the disease location syndrome lung and disease syndrome heat,dampness,and poison.The second major category can be subdivided into three subcategories:①Sickness Syndrome Weiwei Table;②Sickness Syndrome Zhongjiao,Sickness Syndrome Suhan;③Sickness Syndrome Qi deficiency,Yin deficiency,Yang deficiency,Qi detachment.Conclusion:COVID-19 is the most common pathological syndrome of lung,health,and middle focus;the most common pathological syndromes are dampness,heat,poison,cold,qi deficiency,qi detachment,yang deficiency,and yin deficiency.The etiology,pathology,and pathogenesis of-19,as well as the progression of the disease course,can be used as the basis for COVID-19 syndrome identification.
