小儿风热清治疗儿童甲型流行性感冒疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Xiao’er Fengreqing in Treating Children with Influenza A

目的:探究小儿风热清口服液治疗儿童甲型流行性感冒的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取2019年1月—2019年4月漯河市中医院和长治市人民医院收治的甲型流感患儿65例作为研究对象,均给予小儿风热清口服液治疗,治疗周期为5天,停药后观察2天。试验过程中观察患儿临床痊愈时间、完全退热时间、并发症/重症/危重流感的发生率、病毒转阴率等。结果:除5例脱落患儿未获得准确疗效信息外剩余60例患儿病毒均转阴且退热。其中53例患儿疾病痊愈,痊愈率为88.33%,疾病痊愈时间为76.25±16.77h,完全退热时间为64.93±21.09h。研究期间所有患儿均未发生并发症。结论:小儿风热清治疗儿童甲型流行性感冒具有较好的临床疗效,安全性较高,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Xiaoer Fengreqing Oral Liquid in treating infantile influenza A.Methods:From January 2019 to April 2019,65 infants with influenza A admitted to Luohe Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and Changzhi People’s Hospital were selected as the research subjects,all of them were given pediatric Fengreqing oral liquid,and the treatment period was 5 days.Observe for 2 days after withdrawal.During the test,the clinical recovery time,complete fever time,complications / severe / critical flu incidence,and viral negative rate of the children were observed.Results:Except for 5 cases of shed children who did not obtain accurate curative effect information,the remaining 60 cases of the virus turned negative and fever.Among them,53 cases were cured,the cure rate was 88.33%,the cure time was 76.25±16.77h,and the total fever time was 64.93±21.09h.During the study period,all children had no complications.Conclusion:Xiaoer Fengreqing has good clinical efficacy and high safety in the treatment of influenza A in children,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
